I won't come here anymore. Always get hassled, and they don't ever get my order right so save youre self time and go to the mchenry or Grayslake location where they care about their customers
Took over and hour to get my sandwiches. Called twice once after 40 min. Told me 5-10min. Called again at 30min. Guy on phone didn't care much and hung up. Won't be using the delivery again!!!
I'm regular at JJ restaurants, so had been to numerous locations. Kudos to the guy who made my sandwich today - that was a piece of art, looked like on the poster :) Thank you!
