Went there today to give it another chance and it was a mistake. Do not go to JJ in Lakeway. They made my sandwich on the wrong bread and then just manually lifted the tuna w mayonnaise on it dripping and squished it together in palms w same lettuce, tomato then they smashed it onto other wheat bread. THEY HONESTLY CANNOT AFFORD TO REMAKE THE SANDWICH PROPERLY!! This place has no BEST PRACTICES! It is horrific. No rules apply for this place. I bet if food drops on the floor, they reuse it.

The worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The bread was so hard that it literally cut my bottom lip bad enough I had to stop eating to tend to the bleeding...everybody I was with (5 others) had the same “toasted” bread and all decided it was trash. If you have to saw the bread like a piece of wood then it probably is inedible. Thank you, NO THANK YOU

Long story short: Waited forty minutes for a sandwich that when I called to ask about they said the guy never closed the ticket and then they wanted to charge me for their mistake. The only reason I am giving them a two is they finally did agree to send me a sandwich for free otherwise it'd be a one.
