Jimmy John's

I order delivery from the Deer Park Jimmy John's every week. They know my name, they are always courteous and thorough. They give me free cookies as a loyal customer. Today, I forgot to have them add onions to my sandwich. I called back, but the driver had left, so I told them "don't worry about it it, it was my mistake." They must have called the driver back, because a side of onions was delivered with my order! Best sandwiches, better people! Dan from Alpine

I order from here a few times a month and I have never had an issue with the employees, or the delivery time....until today. I track my order with there app and today it said it was being delivered but after waiting 10 minutes the app never advised my sandwich arrived. I went downstairs to the lobby and waited for my food....after waiting 10 more minutes the security guard asked if I ordered JJ's, after saying yes she said "that may be your sandwich over there (across the lobby) She said yeah it was delivered a while ago and proceded to tell me other people have complained about the delivery guy because he has a habit of not updating the app and not calling or texting. So I called the store hoping to speak to someone with some semblance of intelligence, well that didn't happen. I spoke to the "so called" manager who took no fault and made excuses and then hung up on me when I told her she didn't seem like the manager because of her immature nature of handling the situation. I hadn't ordered JJ in a while so figured I'd grab a sandwich for lunch via curbside pickup. I ordered about 20 minutes ahead of time for pickup "as soon as possible." I check in (15 mins later) and wait in my car. And wait. At least 4 people go in, order, get their food, and walk out. I finally go in after waiting for almost 15 minutes (after checking in). I thought maybe it was busy but I see that there's only ONE other customer inside. I tell the cashier that I've been waiting for quite a while for my curbside order. The cashier has no concern whatsoever. My food (one sandwich, chips, drink) was sitting there with "curbside" in large bold letters. The cashier fills and hands me my drink. Not a word, let alone an apology. The food itself was decent and what I expected. Waiting and needing to go inside defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead of time and curbside pickup. Mistakes happen and I can accept that but lack of attention or even acknowledging the mistake means I'll likely
