Jimmy John's

I am not a tremendous fan of subs and very rarely ordered them for lunch until a co-worker introduced me to JJ's. Several orders with JJ's went well. Everything was made correctly and delivered in a timely manner. Then starting approximately 4 months ago delivery times became astronomical and orders started being made incorrectly. Several times I have contacted the store while waiting for a delivery and the response is "we are really busy" or "we are short a driver". Both situations that I empathize with and understand. However, there is no method of notifying people who place online orders that there is going to be a prolonged wait for something that is usually "freaky fast". When the food is made correctly and on time I would rate this location a 5/5.

This was my first time and I liked it! I got a number 12 which has avocado and Turkey with dijon mustard and I got my husband the number 14 with Turkey and roast beef. Both were delicious! I liked that they put the number of your sub on the paper covering the sandwiches so you know which is which. A guy named Lucas took my order and he was super nice. That's all I need is good food and nice people taking my order and I'm happy.

I love Jimmy John’s, but I will not be visiting this location again. I ordered online, and the tracking wasn’t updated by the employees which was inconvenient. However, the reason for the 1 star is the bread. It was hard and stale!! JJ’s bread is known for its deliciousness, but my order last night was a huge disappointment. In addition, my order requests were not fulfilled accurately at all and the bacon was soggy.
