Pretty disappointed. Ordered a beach club with bacon and extra mayo packets. There was no bacon, no cucumber, no mayo packets. It was just turkey. Cheese and guac. Delivery was fast but the whole thing was wrong. I paid $12 for a basic turkey sandwich. ????‍♀️

Sept 21 around 6:40, I stopped at the Union Deposit location. I grabbed cookies and waited to be greeted, NOTHING! There was some sort of training happening at the register which made it worse as we were practically face to face. I stood there for about 40 seconds without any acknowledgement. There was no greeting at all you used to get the big welcome, not anymore. I was the only patron. I left the cookies and took my business elsewhere. Although, my kids love this place I will NEVER come to this location again. Customer service has declined at this location! I value where I spend my money and there's no excuse for a simple, "Be right with you."

Ordered at 11:20am for 12pm delivery. I called at 12:37pm and was told it was on the way. I tried to call again at 1:30pm and no answer. My order arrived at 1:50pm. 2 hours past my lunch break. I understand everyone is busy and short staffed, but I never got an apology. Not even from the delivery driver. Never ordering from here again. **update. I emailed like the response to this said to do and got NO reply!! ????
