Jimmy John's

Don’t waste your time. I placed an online order for delivery @ 11:30. After THREE HOURS I never got any update or notification. I started trying to call after the first hour and could not get thru. After finding a chance to get out of work, I went to the store to cancel my order and get a refund. It was like pulling teeth to get my refund. For a product I never received. They just said “oh we were getting ready to call people to void their orders, we don’t have a driver” will not be back.

I went to drive thru at this Jimmy Johns at 640pm. Half of my order had been taken at the drive thru and I was then told they were closed. This is the worse service ever. Why did they even begin taking my order if they were not going to finish taking it?!?! The guy would not even say anything but we are closed....not even answering why they took half the order. The location states they are open til 7pm....why are they then turning away business 20 min before close. Fix you hours and actually finish taking orders you start taking. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Do not believe the posted hours of operation. I've never seen this place open any time close to 8pm. If it's after 7pm and you are hungry, don't even think about Jimmy John's in Fenton, it's probably already closed.
