Jimmy John's

I had a great experience earlier in the month, way better than subway. Got a 20% off so decided to use it and go again. Ordered online for pick up, when I got there I was told they were out of bread and would take 25 minutes, so i waited. I over heard them telling another customer it would take an hour to make bread. Meanwhile 2 employees were sitting in the dining room eating subs with bread. On the bright side, the money is already back in my account from my refund.

As I'm sitting here typing ...I have been in the drive thru for 20 minutes. With 1 car ahead of me. I really want to like this place but come on....it's a drive thru....you're supposed to be fast. I have to work soon and these guys are stressing me out. I can only imagine that they are baking the bread with how long it is taking.

Service was Fast and friendly with a smile. The entire restaurant (and the parking lot) smelled like fresh baked bread. My sandwich was custom made perfectly. I love Jimmy John's and this location is awesome at service, accuracy and quality of products. Nice job!!
