Domino's Pizza

Made an order on 7/29 online at 8:06pm. On the tracker it stated Christopher was preparing order. We then checked again around 8:30 and it still stated prep. Tried to call the store and was on hold for 40 minutes. This store has terrible customer service and didn’t even reach out to let us know that the order was not going to be delivered and order eventually was canceled automatically but again never was advised of that. Luckily we chose to pay in cash during delivery and was never charged. Never ordering at this location again.

AVOID. Watched their tracker for a delivery order to see my order sit in the store for 30 minutes before the driver left. Unsurprisingly, when my order did finally arrive it was cold. Frozen pizza is better than hour old dominos.

After seeing that this location was under new management, my wife and I were thrilled to give them another chance when we returned home with our newborn son and we are so glad we did!!! All of our food was excellent, hot and fresh, and the order was correct. My faith in Dominos pizza has been restored, AT LAST! THANK YOU DOMINOS! They are doing a terrific job!! Please consider giving this location another chance if you’ve scorned for the last year, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
