Jimmie's Diner

Great food and service. Our waitress, Lola, was attentive, very accommodating, and prompt. The cottage fries are great if you like crunchy potatoes. My meat lover omelet was so big. With everything becoming more expensive, this place feels like you still get good value for what you pay. We’re coming back if we get the chance.

What a great little diner! During a visit to Wichita we stopped by Jimmie's on a busy Sunday morning and it was worth the wait! Delicious comfort food and great, happy staff! Where can you go that you have someone write "have a nice day" on your take home container! Thanks and we'll be back!

Fun atmosphere, great service, and great food. Ate here for the first time recently while passing through Wichita, and our group of 4 really enjoyed it. One of the chicken sandwiches (I don't remember which one) was enough to eat half then and take the other half home for later. The homemade chips were perfection, and the onion rings were really tasty too. My teen ordered the spaghetti and said it was what you'd expect from good diner pasta. The chicken fried steak got a big thumbs up, as did the fajita chicken salad. They have a huge old fashioned soda selection. We tried the cherry phosphate and a strawberry malt, both of which were amazing. We would definitely stop here again when in the area.
