Buffalo Wild Wings

The burgers were great quality but the wings not so much even though the word wings is in the franchise name. Service was decent as we had to wait for a very long time for the food to come out. They keep running out of certain items on the menu as well. The staff were at least friendly.

The food is usually great but the service is terrible. I don't know if their services have too many tables at once or just not properly trained. I keep coming here because I like the food ONLY. I have had many different servers at this particular location and none of them have been great. I was in here for over an hour this time with my 3 kids and my waitress only stopped here with my food and check. Never offered to refills any drinks or just to make sure we didn't need anything. I had to flag her down for my check and boxes. Not impressive. But the cooks in the back are going a great job! Never had a concern or complaint with my food!

I came about 1pm on a Tuesday and sat at the bat for what its worth but my food came out VERY quickly, bartender was on top of things, food tasted as it should, right amount of sauce on the wings and was the correct spice level, nachos had enough toppings etc, only 2 small critiques is that it wasnt as clean as I would have liked to have seen and as usual was pretty chilly in the building. Other than that had a good experience. Service at this one has been the couple of times Ive been here but the good quality is better this time than normal.
