Jet's Pizza

Today it was a little salty although I did get the Cajun crust, it's usually perfect! It's one of my favorite pizza places! Highly recommend!????????

The only way this place has deserving stars is because the franchise itself. If a customer is trying to explain to you in a calm manner how you can do better next time. You DO NOT continue to cut them off while speaking. If a scheduled order is placed for pickup at a scheduled time and it is not ready at that time, then you should update the customer accordingly. (Especially since 5 minutes, 5 minutes turned into 15 turning into a 45 minute wait for the whole order itself. I could’ve handled other errands and came back since you didn’t start the pizza til I arrived, even though it was placed 2 hours ahead of pickup.) Do not blame your trainees, for the lack of oversight and neglect to make a scheduled online order. Trainees reflect behavior that is already shown. Although my friend received a credit for the delay, the customer service tone and approach did not meet the apology.

Detroit style deep dish pizza is the best in class pizza or that is what they are known for! The best ever crust I have had so far.. one of the must try place for Detroit style pizza…
