if you want some GREAT BBQ then this is the place to go! i traveled all the way from Chillicothe, OH to cleveland to experience some of these bbq in the state! not only was the food to die for; the customer experience was outstanding! the sauce must have been some kind of homemade recipe because i have not been able to find it anywhere. and the ribs were literally falling off the bone. there is always some kind of daily special going on so if you don’t want to spend too much money then i suggest going with one of the specials. hopefully they can expand this restaurant to other cities and states in the near future.

Food is good to say the least.???? Gentleman that waits counter is extremely dry???? .....I try to be friendly and he's not letting up on the bad I don't want to wait on you attitude ???? WHEN I spend money with a business I just like to be treated like your glad I'm there. ???? Everytime I go in (4x) same dry attitude and his kids or younger people that work there they have same dry uninviting personalities as well. I tried I don't care how good food is won't be going back with this unacceptable service. ????

Mac & cheese was like boiled noodles & sprinkles of cheese, I’d rather have had stouffers! Meat slid right off the bone, not even a slight tug to it, sauce was watery & green bean were mushy, I don’t care if they came from a can I love them all, but mushy doesn’t cut it! Disappointed I was with the meal! I heard lots of good things about Big B’s, but that was NOT my experience!!!
