Jersey Mike's Subs

Love Jersey Mikes but the service at this location is TERRIBLE. I waited 30 extra minutes for my sub from when it said it would be ready online. The workers were so slow as they made the sub, skimped on toppings and generally didn’t seem to care that I had been waiting very long. At least offer me a free drink or dessert? We will NOT be returning to this location.

55 minute wait for my sandwich, with only one person ahead of me in line when I arrived...wait, what? I arrived seeing only one other person and estimated a prompt meal for myself, and my order was taken within a few minutes. However, the staff were busy doing other things (3 of them were working: 1 working on cold subs. 1 working on hot subs. 1 fumbling through continuous receipts that were being printed. I imagine these are sandwiches for online/outside orders. That person was also observed touching his face and glasses and hair with his gloves...and then going on to touch sandwiches without changing his gloves or washing hands...) I had no clue my order would apparently be put at the bottom of this endless list — or so it seemed — because I checked in after a half hour to make sure mine was coming, and they confirmed that it was. Management: PLEASE consider prioritizing in-person orders in the queue, as it was disheartening to watch them so busily working and occasionally making eye

I'm new to Jersey Mike's but had to write a review, because the Philly cheese steak they have.... Amazing! That's it, thanks to everyone there!
