This place has the worst quality of food and service that I've been to. After reminding the person that took our order who's name the order was under and what we ordered multiple times, they finally got it ready...AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR. Worse...the fried pickles we ordered were not even cooked thoroughly, see the picture below. If you order here, be ready to wait a while and get food that you don't even want to eat.
Pretty quick and easy BWW location. Parking lot is a bit of a mess. Gone here plenty of times and only once have they messed up, offered me a replacement or a refund immediately and all was good.
I ordered in store, and our order was perfect. We ordered 20 boneless wings with four types of sauce. They nailed it. Their sauce makes it hard not to enjoy the flavor of the wings. I love how many options they offer. Perhaps others have had trouble with ordering online. The gentleman who took our order was helpful and had a delightful demeanor (props to him). The place was very clean with everything in working order.
