Today 25 Sept 2022. I'm an easy-going customer with a last-minute order. I needed subs for a last-minute group. A female employee who was more focused on telling me what she can't and won't do, rather than facilitating info on what I can purchase. It seems like she was single-handedly rushing me out the door. I am not a person to try and give a bad rating but I had a terrible experience at this location not because of the quality of food and service but the attitude of the employee, a young Black male cashier. On Friday, December 17, 2021, I came into the store, read the menu, made my selection based upon my taste buds and desire at that time. Then, placed my order with employee number 1, who was a White male wearing a red shirt. No problem, on to the second employee, a Black male wearing a light blue shirt with an Afro hair style. As I wait for my Tuna Fish Sandwich to be passed over to this employee, a third employee, a Black male wearing another light blue colored shirt and cap at the cashier said, “I can take your payment”in a rather low voice and since maybe I didn’t hear him the first time that he said it, he yelled it out again louder to get my attention and the entire store heard him.
