This used to be my go to sandwich shop - NO MORE! I ordered 4 sandwiches, we were delivered 3. When I called they said "oh yeah, when the delivery driver left we noticed one sandwich never made it into the bag". They had my phone number, do you think they'd call me to let me know? Absolutely not! I asked how they'd resolve this? I was told I would have to call GrubHub and ask them to deliver... I must call?!?! I have to in extra work for your mistake? This is a result of poor Management! I will never eat/order from here again.
Love this Jersey Mike’s! The employees are always nice and they make killer subs. It’s also a clean store and managed well. I eat here several times a week and not once have I had to complain about anything. Highly recommend!
First time trying them and I must say the Mike's original Philly was amazing! I also got the chicken Philly, wasn't a big fan but it was good. I will have to go back and try others :) There was a female staff member there, I didn't catch her name but she was on point and fast!
