Jerk-N-Go

Went to the one in Homewood. Ordered a small pan of mix chicken, 3 sides, 4 slices of bread, and 4 drinks. I asked the cashier does it comes with sauce and she told me and showed me that it ONLY comes with a little 1oz. cup. ????With a whole 1/2 pan of chicken????? she then told me an additional 1oz. cups were $1 and 2oz. cups were $2. I went on to purchase 3- 2oz. cups, which was $6 plus tax. When I got home I noticed she had the 1- 1oz. cup, the 3- 2oz. cups, and a small BOWL of sauce in my bag.???? Had me spend additional money on the sauce when she had already put a BOWL in the bag.???? THAT'S VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I love love love jerk but idk about this place I got a whole chicken white it was super dry Mac and cheese not cheesy and not tasty I also got a wing dinner which were small and kinda on the burnt side

First off the chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly, I went back to them regarding the issue . A guy with dreads came out who was very mean and disrespectful only to hear he’s store manager. I showed him the uncooked chicken( pink all the way through and I struggle to pull the meat away from the bone ) he’s going to tell me it’s done and just walked away. I stood there waiting, totally ignored; all I could see was people from the kitchen peeping out at me . I then asked about an update regarding my dispute , that’s when I was told they making me another one . Y’all think I’d eat that after everyone was peeping out and after that rude little boy claiming manager reacted to the situation ????? High prices. Nasty food and nasty service Go where you’re appreciated and where service is a10 I’m Jamaican, I know when a chicken is done
