Boston Market

The food has been good. It's the service that prevents a better rating. 4 times I have had curb side service and every time I must go in to get my order. Also, I have to wait because it isn't prepared. One time I ordered the meatloaf and they didn't have any. Could management reach out and explain to me why I have to go to another store to receive adequate service. Today is 8/16/21 and once again I'm getting the same service. Does ownership and management care????

Placed an order online at 12:00pm. Ordered one pot pie and two crispy country chicken. Arrived just before 1:00pm to pick up order.. After about 5 minutes of confused looking employees wandering around I was informed they do not have pot pies and they are out of crispy chicken. This was AN HOUR after the order was sent in! No call, no email, no sorry from the employees, nothing. Ended up ordering two turkey breast meals. It took them forever to get the order together and bagged up. Had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for a side salad to be made. Drove back to work, pulled food out of the bag and both turkey meals were about half the amount of meat that there should be as well as it not being the usual sliced turkey breast but shredded, dry, bottom of the pan turkey. Looked and tasted horrible. NOT OK!

One of the better experiences I've had at any Boston market. My family came for lunch. The food was fresh, the establishment was spotless! The cashier Ernestine was accommodating and kind, Lawonda is as sweet as can be, the cook Craige was a person you'd love to have a beer with and great overall. 5 star service. 5 star review. Thanks guys! See you next time!
