Jay's Seafood Grill

This place use to be pretty descent. Over the past few months the quality of the food and customer service has declined. I walked in to find only a cook and a young boy working. He was just basically playing on his phone. No manager or owner in sight. They got my order wrong and then when I got home the food was horrible. Catfish tasted frozen chicken sandwiches were not fried like the pictures my gyro was very dry and onion rings had no flavor. Had to call and leave a message for a manager to call me back when they came in. About 30 min later I got a call from the owner you was not very friendly and basically refused to refund my 60 dollars. He only offered me credit for a few items but as I explained to him I am turned off bu his establishment and do not want to patronize his business anymore. He kept insisting I give them another chance and tells me "no one wants to work anymore " is why he doesn't have a manager on staff, and he has other businesses he can't be everywhere. Then h

Quality was just not there. We ordered cheese fries and there was just a thin line of cheese on top, with mostly dry fries. Plus I’ve had generic brand frozen fries from the store that are better. The gyros were tossed in with the cheese fries as well so there was more cheese that got smeared on our pitas than on the actual fries. My fiancé and I both got gyros and cheese fries and we BOTH were having stomach issues after eating. Felt like a customer on Kitchen Nightmares. Not worth half the price.

I love there Philly cheese steaks but the cook gives you about 10 fries. Not sure why they are soo stingy. I found a new place to order from that gives you enough.
