I visited Jaxon Beer Garden last night with my family, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The food and drinks were delicious, but the exceptional service was the highlight of the evening. Our server, Alvin, made sure that we had everything we needed and provided us a genuinely delightful encounter.
Great outdoor experience. Service and staff are super friendly. Food is decent. The secret sauce on the burger was strong tasting. Drinks were cold and tasty.
I give this place four stars for the music choice, atmosphere, and the customer service. However, the food was okay — perhaps I had a high expectations going in. We had the jaxon cheese burger and the grilled salmon. The burger lacks flavor and the salmon was a little dry. But the fries was excellent, fresh and crisp.
