I agree with many of the other reviews touching on the menu change and size of the burgers. I used to love this place, but they removed the hot, yummy, crispy tots - I got fries instead. The fries were bordering on uncooked, and were just a giant clump of yuck.

Came here on a suggestion from another, and I’m glad I did! Great burgers, fresh veggies, and delicious food. Two workers, Alisa and Sierra (sorry if I spelt them wrong) were amazing! In the short amount of time we were there they both were running around and keeping the lobby in tip top shape. They were sure to greet everyone as they walked in, got food to the customers as soon as it was ready and checked on each and every customer with a smile. These two are vital and a tremendous value to this location. Definitely recommend this JAX for both service and food!

JAX has a consistent quality level with excellent flavors and delicious shakes. If you ever get tired of the overly greasy Five Guys style of burger, you will fall in love with JAX. Their flavors are unique but familiar and always leave me more than happy with my dinner/lunch selection. My kids love them and I try to sneak as often as possible for lunch. Highly recommend.
