Jason's Deli

i have tried to support this restaurant especially during this time of the pandemic and building renovations as a tenant in the building. Unfortunately, my experience has gone from OK to awful. While the service is consistent, the food is just really bad. From multiple things being undercooked to overcooked and having to return the sandwich to even condiments and crackers that are far beyond their expiration. I only hope they can improve as they are a key tenant but I will not be returning.

Always prompt, friendly and reliable...boxed sandwiches are fresh and the cookies are soft! Wish they would even out the meat on the sandwiches instead of a glob in the middle, sure it looks like you have a massive sandwich when you see where it's cut, but really it's the same portion as anywhere else, just piled up where you see it and the rest is bread. Still an awesome fresh meal delivered on time.

I used to eat here regularly. Not after today. One of the managers is defiantly anti-mask, and the other walked around with his mask under his chin. Other employees showed a comparable laxity, following their manager’s lead. This is not just a public health issue, though currently it is *illegal* to go maskless in an indoor restaurant in Kansas City. Jason’s attitude that, ‘My political views are more important than my customers’ health!’ is all I need to know about this place. I won’t go back to a restaurant that has such contempt for it’s customers.
