Jane's Delicatessen

The food at Jane's Delicatessen is amazingly good. My wife and I both ordered sandwiches. They were both so good, they were unlike any sandwiches we ever ate before. It was like they had created something uniquely new and wonderful. I highly recommend the Monte Christo sandwich, but regardless of what you order, you won't be disappointed.

It was really busy when we went. It was our server's first week. My husband's food was great. Mine wasn't. It took us over 45 minutes to get our food. It took so long for them to even take our order we almost left. If you go, you don't want to be on any sort of time constraint. The food will either be a hit or a miss.

This place did not disappoint. The matzo ball was a bit denser than I tend to make but it was super flavorful. Additionally the goulash had just a bit of pepper in the back end to give it a wonderful flavor. It was a bit light on seasoning, but a dash of salt brought out all of the flavors I'm the beef, tomatoes, and red peppers.
