Burnt and sides was cold .. not friendly. Should stayed at old location it’s hard getting In and out because the traffic. 2nd time here . So never again! Can’t eat food that’s not cooked right .
Haven't had breakfast there since they moved to New location. They were a good crew. Lunch crew is not. Burger was OK, listening to them trying to figure out who was supposed to get fries with no salt was almost entertaining.
Ok so I just went through the drive through and forgot a bag of ice and the lady said no she couldn’t add at the window. All of a sudden here comes this amazing manager in green shirt, wish I would have caught her name, she said no mam that isn’t Jacks policy. You can add that bag of ice. They were also slammed with people and she still took the time to correct the worker and let her know that it is indeed the policy to add at the window if needed. So thank u manager! You were great and love my soft ice too!
