I called today and spoke with the manager ( a woman) at the CrestWood location about my order on 7/19/22 at 6:12 p.m. The manger answered the line and I told her I did not have the right sauces in my bag. She TOLD ME she put all the sauces I asked for. I told her I have too many honey mustard and I wanted tarter, ketchup, cocktail, honey mustard, and sweet and sour. She said “ I made it and I gave you all the sauces.” I said “ okay ma’am.” Politely hung up the phone and gave you two stars because you are WRONG!!! Now I’m eating fish with honey mustard ???? NEXT TIME LISTEN to your customers you can always learn something. Since you know everything.

Food was left out and fish was wrong. I ordered white fish fried hard but received regular fish. Green beans left out. Asked for condiments but was give. It was close to closing time but order should have been correct. Tried to add pictures but couldn't get it to take.

I went thru the Drive Thru. Only one car in front of me. It took forever for his order to be taken. When I finally pulled up I was told (I think - it wasn't clear) that she would be right with me. I stayed 10 minutes and even said hello toward the speaker twice - no response. The car behind me left finally and so did I. I understand it was the lunch hour so expected a wait. The drive thru person should have communicated regardless. I went to Arby's across the road - was in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes with 2 cars in front of me.
