Took over 20 minutes to get 4 regular tacos. I even went inside to order, which may have been my biggest mistake. I watched several people order and get their food while I waited and waited. There was no one giving me updates - not a word, even when another customer pointed me out to say I had been waiting a long time. If I go here again, I plan on using the drive thru.
Perhaps the best Jack in the Box in the valley! The young girl wearing red at the drive thru was very patient, social, and kind. It was an enjoyable experience for me. We need more people like her in the world! Dietary restrictions: Thought cross contamination is always a risk, they have a fair amount of gluten free options for people like me who suffer from celiacs.
I go to this location around 12am- 2am from time to time and my experience is always amazing! They have a small crew on the shift it seems and usually have a line, the employees are always nice and calm!! Tonight I was helped by a woman named Taylor who I’ve seen multiple times, each time she has been super communicative, calm, and honestly gives me wonderful service! So thank you Taylor!!!
