Jack in the Box

Hadn't eaten here in a long time. Their burgers used to be pretty good. Didn't expect a lot from fast food but I had worked really late and it was the only thing open nearby. The bacon ultimate cheeseburger had no bacon it was about half the size it used to be The fries were cold stale and limp. They don't answer the phone and there's no receipt in the bag. Post covid all the restaurants raised their prices and the food quality quantity and service went way downhill. The quality of the food I received was literally inedible garbage. Just go eat out of a dumpster and pass this place up you'll be better off.

I waited at the speaker box for 5+ minutes, and sure! The place could be understaffed like many other fast food areas, so we just drove through, offering to go back around considering i heard the customer behind me ordering right away. Must’ve missed us! We had no problem going back through. The man who worked at the window sighed and shook his head at us, cursing and treating us like complete burdens as if he hadn’t stopped us from going back around like we had offered. He seemed to be growing more and more frustrated for every item ordered, and angrily told us to ‘next time, drive around. It holds up the line.’ Like bro please ☹️ We wanted to

Stopped at jack in the box on the way from Tennessee to galesburg to get a house kids were running a muck but a very kind lady named Lisa gave them stuff to draw with and a milkshake for the road! She was extremely nice and the restaurant was very clean! Would definitely recommend
