There has literally never been a time that I’ve been to this location and they haven’t been out of almost everything. I tried to order classic chicken and the lady told me they were out???? I was going to order the spicy and then she told me the only side they had left was rice? They’re still open for another 2 hours so how is that possible. The rudest employees. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Church’s chicken is right down ;)))
Drive thru only gave us half our order and when we got to our destination and called they said they would not refund our money. Called corporate they took down the info and said expect a call back in a couple of days. This is unacceptable. Won't be going back to Popeye's if this is the way they do business. The employees at this place were terrible and could not be more miserable or bothered to do their job correctly.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, got regular. Ordered blackened chicken strips, was given spicy instead of being told they were out. Ordered Cajun rice and green beans per their online menu, they said they didn't carry those items. Ordered wild berry beignets, they were out. Ordered sweet tea, came with a couple of ice cubes that melted rather quickly as the tea was warm. Not room temp but warm. They didn't give us a fork for the red beans and rice nor did they give us the dipping sauce requested for the strips. Absolutely atrocious, though I don't know what I expected because my negative experiences at this and most every other Popeyes have become a regular occurrence with every visit. When pulling into the lot, my wife asked if this location would be good. I remarked how it isn't that old of a store so I would assume it hasn't had the opportunity to go downhill, but damn. Also, on a previous visit when the store was open, they just wouldn't respond to anybody in the drive thru to take
