I came from San Francisco To order food for a traveling customer We moved from downtown San Francisco at2:45AM We arrived at 1695 El Camino Real, South San Francisco, CA 94080 at3:00Am Waiting for our turn to order We got to the phone to order food after a long time 15 minutes The biggest problem We were more than 15 minutes late at the place where we spoke with the restaurant I decided to go to the window He simply told me we are not working now we have a problem And we'll need 20 minutes to fix it I told him we've been waiting for more than 30 minutes And a lot of cars are waiting Why didn't you answer us through the microphone? He should have talked to customers and told them that he had a problem and would be late to fix it We lost 50 minutes and didn't get any food
Just wish the dining room was open during the middle of the day. came at 1:30pm today and both doors were locked with no one in sight but no signage explaining anything….
Every time I order from drive thru, I have to keep asking them to give my credit card back, every time. Employee will give you attitudes and sometimes will mess up your order. Place looks dirty as you can see trash on the floor. I don’t know if they’ve never been properly trained or they just don’t care about customer service. I love Jack in the Box more than other fast food companies, but this place is the worst.
