I just left the window and the two Mexican ladies called me mayate. Then when I said something about it refused to serve me. The extremely heavyset manager in the pink shirt did nothing to help either smh.
They take long, they are rude as hell, on DoorDash they take an hour longer, don’t call them because their phone number isn’t in service. You might as well pull up an order at yourself. Make sure you ask for fresh fries because they will give you fries from the shift before. Worst service ever.
They do a system update at 4ish am they weren’t taking any orders, except mobile orders, I go to the app try to place an order for drive thru pickup and they switched it to drive thru only. So can’t order at all…this restaurant loses money oh well. I sit in the window to try and ask how for help, they see me but don’t acknowledge me, let’s me sit there until they have to move me for another car to leave without placing an order like me. Changed my review from 4 stars to 1
