Waiting 9min in drive thru when there was only 1 car in front of you is ridiculous. What happened was the car in front of me decided to order more food at the pickup window and instead of having that car move off to the side so that they can bring out there extra ordered food out to them and not make the cars behind wait would have probably been the best option
Excellent service, great customer service. One of the best locations. Food has always been fresh when I have gone. Highly recommend this jack in the box.
Came to to this location with my Father who's a disabled veteran and Alana working the drive thru window was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I understand the pandemic has caused businesses to hire whoever they can, however, poor service is never acceptable, especially, to a disabled veteran. I look forward to reaching out to management and ownership regarding this experience.
