Chili's Grill & Bar

There were at least 8 empty tables when we arrived. We were told the wait was 20 minutes. So we sat in the bar. As soon as we sat down low and behold other people who came in after us were pretty much sat right down. My hubby prdered the steak. He said it was tasteless. My burger was great as usual. But, the girl managing the bar was awesome! We would have rather sat in a booth.

Ordered carryout, and waited an hour after receiving confirmation that the food was ready. In total about an hour 20 ish minutes. Noticed several others waiting in their cars as well and some were there longer than I had even been. All we were doing was taking up parking space for new customers making orders basically. Definitely needs some improvement. Food was cold when finally brought over and honestly this isn't something new for this place. Definitely recommend eating inside but carryout is definitely a no go.

Chili's is always good and always have a great time dining in with friends and loved ones. I'm giving this place 4 stars due to the inconsistency of their skillet queso, the one we got was very soupy and watered down unlike other branches that give it with texture and a better. Also the waitress we had wasn't having a good day despite us being polite we got a rotten attitude in return. Like I mentioned before the customer service industry needs a major over haul all the way around. Hope this helps and that your experience become better and funner than ours.
