Jack in the Box

Soo disappointed! Went in today before work. Ordered number 27 with curly fries…these fires are soo hard and I can’t eat them..you would think they been sitting there alright..8:36 in the morning why are these fries soo hard! I love jack in the box but this is a shame

I'm not sure about the atmosphere inside. But the drive-thru seems to keep the line in the Drive-Thru moving. The employees have always been friendly as well as helpful. And I've been very pleased with their menu and prices not as unaffordable as most fast food options out there. All around I give them a great rating again great employees obviously qualified to keep things moving fast hot and without attitude rather a smile.

Took my daughter and son to eat on. July 11 2022 and they got the order completely wrong went back and gave them back the food and asked for a return. The main manager did the return and I never got my money back into my bank account. After this I been going to try and get my money back and all the shift managers keep telling me to come back when their main manager is there. It's been more than a week and still never got my money back and the shift managers should be trained to deal with this type of incidents. Been waiting gas and time and to top it off they don't answer their calls home and seems like they always get the orders wrong when I go and they don't care about their service. This is the last time I go to this jack in the box very inconvenient.
