Drive thru wasnt paying attention to my order so I had to keep repeating myself then asked for guacamole sauce when they gave me my order and they said they did when they didn't and brc burrito was a joke looked like a ball instead of an actual burrito
It was like 9pm, the person in drive thru was not a happy camper, poor customer service skills...They were cleaning up so we should have gone elsewhere, saw no food on grill, the food has been good previously, but this time not impressed....
Food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Employees extremely polite, even to people who can be difficult. My job has me eating at a lot of fast food places, and this was a meal I could feel good about for a change. Thank so much. PS. How can I get your recipe? :)
