Jack in the Box

Terrible indoor service ! Went in to order the Dodger special (free Jumbo Jack with the purchase of a large drink) Waited at the counter for a couple of minutes and finally when my order was taken I was given attitude for ordering cheese by a totally different worker "Maria" who claimed to be a manager. She insisted that I couldn't order cheese on the free Jumbo Jack, I asked her why and she just cancelled my order and said that I should go down the street to another Jack in the Box. No one should be treated sarcastically especially about ordering cheese on a burger, then flipping the situation around as if it was inappropriate to ask for the cheese ???? Please train your managers to be more considerate to the customer.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with absolutely no feedback, not even someone asking me to wait. I drive up to the window and they have the gall to ask me to drive back around the 7 cars the left waiting behind me at 2am. If you're not prepared to stay open this late, just close early and let people go elsewhere; no one needs to waste twenty minutes in a "fast" food parking lot Edit: again, sat at the drive thru speaker for two songs length of time with no word. I am a patient person, but I need some kind of reassurance that I'm waiting on my server. There was only two cars in front of me. Meanwhile the McDonald's near the 5 freeway down the street had three in front of me and more behind me working smoothly, out of there before two songs gone by I feel bad for the two employees working night shift alone, they obviously need help.

Long line however the 2 employees were friendly and working as fast as they could to get the food out
