Classic steakhouse, with solid, good food. Drinks could have been a little stronger, especially since the Manhattans I got were short on the pours. I don't like that the smoking area is accessible via a door near the bar and the ugly smoke is allowed to seep inside. Was there too early this time for the live entertainment .at least they used to have live entertainment .. and you have to order an entree AND ask for the relish tray now if you want it. The menu says it is included with entree, but the bartender fought me on that point until I showed him what it said on the menu I had .. .. Expensive, but heck, what isn't expensive these days ... Make sure you have cash for mandatory valet parking on site.
Old timey steakhouse with delicious food. Father's day late lunch before a movie. Love the sourdough, crackers & garlic cheese bread. Started with a shared rock shrimp plate. Had the bone-in rib eye, lobster thermidor and the prime rib. Loved all 3 entrees. Garlic scalloped potatoes were really good. Overall it was a wonderful Father's day meal.
Historical gem that's truly a cut above the rest. Nestled in a charming old building, this steakhouse not only offers top-notch cuisine but also transports you back in time to an era of elegance and refinement. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the ambiance. The decor exudes old-world charm with its rich wooden interiors and vintage photographs adorning the walls. It's like dining in a bygone era, and it's clear that the restaurant has preserved its history with care. Now, let's talk about the main attraction: the steak. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection. Each bite was a testament to their commitment to quality and flavor. The menu offers a variety of cuts, and you can taste the expertise that goes into every dish. The service was impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, adding to the overall experience. They were more than willing to share the history of the place and answer any questions I had about the menu. What sets Del Rae ap
