The guy working drive thru was exceptionally helpful and patient. Because he forgot our hash brown he gave us an extra one. That's customer service
Not 24/7 as it says on Google maps. There is a sign on the door saying they close at 10. Would be nice if they would update their online listing so I don't have to waste time and gas to find out that I'll never come here (seriously, who goes to Jack in the box before 10).
This is getting ridiculous. Several people have had this problem with the staff putting a chair in the drive through during operating hours as well as locking the doors during operating hours and the employees still in the building....ignoring us.
