Jack in the Box

This Jack in the Box location always seems to have their lobby closed so that the workers can fool around and only do drive through. Its always a different excuse from each worker. One told us their computers were down but conveniently only the lobby ones. One said it was because the restrooms were out of order. One said they opened at hours that aren't at the hours posted on the door, hoping that the 6 people waiting outside past time would just leave. In the pictures posted you can see the workers poking their head around the counters to see if we were still there. If you ask for a manager theyll tell you there is no manager. This keeps happening so... maybe they really DONT have a legit manager present. Is corporate unaware they do this at this location? Even the "tell us how we're doing" number is disabled. What terrible business.

This establishment actively engages in discrimination against the disabled in an ill-concived attempt to not serve the homeless of DTPHX, and are not providing reasonable accomodations for disabled persons as I experienced. Lots of things to be said about the establishment itself and the abysmal accommodations or the hygiene of the employees or lack there of, but truly the most disgusting part is the attack on our collective human rights. Do not eat at this establishment, do not enrich it's owners, I won't.

Jack, I love your food. But some of the people who work for you are plain ol pains in my azz.. as In employees of the month, NOT... Thumb tackS if it's me you ask, but I'll keep eating there. Parking: Plenty of space on the corner of 19th Avenue and Van Buren Rd. to park.
