Jack in the Box has a great menu and great food. You pay for it too.I don't mind doing so, but .(you knew it was coming) The advertisement on this particular location said lobby closes @10pm, however, this lobby was closed @9:15? Said they were short staffed. What does that have to do with the consumer? I want to get food like the 6 or so customers that were inside the lobby ordering food with the doors locked. Oh, my bad. 2 of those people were let in the lobby after I was told no. I wasn't allowed to go to window either because I was on my bike . ( It has a motor on it) I am not upset with Jack, I just wish st that moment ,management could have made decisions to cater to everyone. I didn't even get a chance to taste the pineapple smoothie. Need I say more?
Overall, I like this place because it's pretty quick on orders. My buddy and I play cards here but only the night crue is nice to us. The morning crew doesn't like us for some odd reason and told me one day that we can only be in there 30 minutes. The night crew let us play 2-3 hours, and we always try to order something extra for them, letting us use a table to play cards.
If your going to identify as a 24 hour restaurant you better train your crew on how to clean while taking orders and not shut down the store. This isn’t a nice practice for the 4am workforce.
