Jack in the Box

The "ladies" that appeared to be the day managers or whatever just yelled across the restaurant to a friend in Spanish and just made me stand there until she was done. They ignored me for almost 5 minutes and when they finally got to me, my bag of food was sitting there the whole time... not very professional I would say. **update** I recieved a message from the owner acting Like they cared about my issue. They gave me a site to email them and told me to get in touch to discuss further. We'll first of all the site didn't exist.. so I looked up my own way to email the chain owner and did. It's been over a week and no response. They don't care at all about customer service. Unreal!

The food I ordered was alright. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a small drink. It was very quiet around 7pm when I went in, and unfortunately the soda machine in the lobby didn't dispense ice or cold drinks. The quality of the soda itself was very sub par, very low carbonation and only faintly tasting as the brand sodas they offer. Aside from the disappointing soda, the staff was friendly and my sandwiches are good.

Wow McDonald's was very busy across the street so went to Jack in the box. Clerk greeted promptly and said I'll be with you in a minute. I said that's okay haven't made my mind up yet. So she asks another clerk to wait on us since she was busy. This clerk no greeting or smile. Lobby was empty no guests. Some dirty tables and floor. I ordered the cheesy bacon double burger combo that was on promo sign. Husband ordered sourdough combo.
