Jack in the Box

I was surprised at what happened this morning as I always go to this Jack & The Box and generally don't have a problem. I went there this morning to get breakfast. It was past 6am so per the website, they should be open. In the drive thru, their trash can was blocking the lane so that was confusing and I couldn't go in the drive thru. When I pulled up in the next lane over to the window to ask were they open, two people just starred at me and didn't saying anything as if I wasn't there. I saw a lady (possibly manager) walk away so I backed up near where the menu to order was. There were signs tapped to the menu but they were hanging off so I couldn't even read what it said. I nicely asked the lady, " I can't tell if you guys are open or not?", and with an attitude she said, " I just got here". What does that have to do with anything and she still didn't answer my question. Sadly I drove away because with that type of service they obviously don't care about their customers. I was upset

The food here is very simple to make but it seems like the workers are bad at doing that. We sat inside this time we usually go through drive thru. But while we were ordering the lady was in a rush and rude . And while we were waiting the workers were complaining about how people wanted their food fresh. When we received our food, it was wrong and the cook Jose came out yelling at us and other customers about the number on receipt and about our orders. I will call corporate Monday . The bathroom was dirty and lock did not work. Terrible please and the tables were dirty

We had the breakfast platter 3 of does we order plus 1 large sprite, 1 large strawberry ???? lemonade ???? and 1 ice cold caramel coffee ????
