They refuse to let children to use the restroom and refusing to service us so we can buy something to allow our children to use the restroom. They are extremely disrespectful and horrible customer service. They are very rude. They are also allowing dogs into the restaurant. The dog was also off leash and walking over to everyone who was sitting trying to enjoys their food. If you go later in the evening and night time they will refuse to take your order and you will be sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting to get your food. There was no line and there was no reason the food and services should have taken 45 minutes.
Jack is getting stingy on his fries. This is the second time in a row that they haven't filled the fries. I get it, they are watching costs, but come on, when I spend $2.99 on something I expect it full.
If this is jack in box in national city I always go here. They always give me my receipt so I can claim the points for free food. Another restaurant steals my receipts because I pay with EBT and I never go there anymore. The staff has never been rude to me always let me and customers use the bathroom.
