Smitty's Taste Of The Bayou

I see it’s got pretty good reviews and I really wanted to like this parking lot food pop-canopy festival style place BUT, Smitty was drunk from the brewery he’s setup outside next too. Chicken and ribs was cold and undercook. Jambalaya wasn’t that good; rice was mushy. I asked for green beans several times and a side of jambalaya, Smitty said he would charge me full price meal for a side of jambalaya! even though I already got the combo. So I spent 30$! Phill BBQ is way better for the same price! Plus you get a better dinning experience at Phil’s. The person ahead of me paid with a 100$ bill which Smitty has to go inside brewery to get change but when he gave me change his money pouch was overfilling with all sorts of bills more than enough change!?

Idk where to start. Was it the plain fish? Or shrimp the tiny portion of fries or what. But for the seafood bucket to cost $24 and the portion size be small along with NO seasoning. The fish literally tasted like water. Whatever you think about the bayou or any Cajun food no, it does not matter here. So sad I wasted my money.

FIRST off owner in back have to wait to ORDER! He is only one working there. Ordered catfish dinner. WASN'T catfish... (Swai) There was no corn meal coating! Fish came OUT soft and uncooked!! Very mushy inside! I would NVR eat there AGAIN!! Mac and chez was okchwaok
