New location... so theres always the worry "do they make the food right?". Well they DO here. The burgers were great and so was my spicy chicken sandwich. The best part, we were only in the drive thru from start to end for about 5 to 7 minutes. Which if you have kids is freakin awesome, lol. Thanks Jack's crew, keep up the great work. We will be back! ???????????? *Update, just tried the new chicken sandwich and it was really good. I'm not a fan of mustard at all, but they made the honey mustard so light it was just a compliment to the rest of the secret sauce.

Honestly since the pandemic. So many restaurants have struggled. Forcing the world too stay home not work. Business owners lost value able employees. But all fast food chains in my opinion aren't good for any of us . But more so the quality is poor nothing is made FRESH OFF THE GRILL. MM most do not take pride in what they provide too america.

Do not go to this location!! Not only is the food soggy and undercooked this location claims to not serve the same things that other locations in a 5 mile radius do and things ive ordered from this location before. It genuinely seems like the employees at this location just are not willing to put in the work and each time, the service is terrible. It truly seems like the employees do not want to do their job. Twice now, I've pulled in the line immediately behind another car and the car in front of me is able to order and get there food but then their "systems have shut down" no further explanation no reasoning. I would just completely advise you to not go to this location if you want a good experience
