HORRIBLE SERVICE! Rude order taker. Fought with me about my pick up order, telling me I needed to hit a submit button (which I already had done) & saying my order wasn't rcvd. I show her confirmation, she goes away, then says, "It's here now." No apology. No eye contact. No smile. Then, she forgets one of my burgers & got huffy that I asked for (what I paid for!) it. She didn't believe me about that, until a second worker handed her a bag with my burger in it...that had been sitting there the whole time! ???? Smh No thank you for my order, either. ????
Love this place, clean customer service is great. Always give me senior discount with out me having to beg for it. Alway kind and fresh. Great place, can't go wrong
