Jack in the Box

Greenwood, IN location is very very disappointing. Had issues with a simple order of loaded tiny tacos, chicken sandwich and a drink that they would not fix. They even got an attitude. Whoever the manager was wouldn't even take his eyes off his phone to assist me. He said that's how they come. So I guess loaded tiny taco and an order or normal tiny tacos are the same thing minus the price. The complete order was cold. The drink was wrong as well. Simply can't win with those guys.

Ordered from this place on multiple occasions and had my orders cancelled when the store wasn’t closed, or didn’t receive all of my order. I ordered 2 combos, only got one, the food was stale and cold, and my tea tasted like water. Was absolutely disgusting and the chicken was undercooked, which is a health hazard. Onion rings were hard as a rock I thought I was chewing through a tire. Don’t recommend this jack in the box, seems like their people are lazy despite being open late nights. What a sad embarrassment of a food establishment. Needs new staffing and better training.

The food was actually made fresh to order so that was nice for a change. But the customer service is hit and miss. Rarely are the employee pleasant but when they are, I am so thankful and make sure they know that. But majority of the time, the employees are rude by cutting me off, mean, negative tone, don't say anything and just hands me the bag (I sit there wondering if I have my whole order then they look at me as if I need to go away). That's why I just go to chikfila. They always have amazing customer service.
