Order via phone get 15 min eta for order to be ready, get there doors are locked, call back Amber answers says we'll call came in 5 min before we closed. Didn't make it, but took cc info to charge it. They blamed it on me ordering online, but I called in the order. Said call corporate to get refund. But have no order info or conf number as did via phone, and wasted my time driving there.
I ordered a simple sandwich which they got wrong. They took it back to fix it and it never came back. My husband finished his meal. I had to take mine home. The manager took a whopping 15% off. Um, my food will be cold by the time I get home. Shame on her. A real manager works have taken it off completely. I would like to thank the waitress though. She was sweet and apologetic.
