I ordered a breakfast meal. Literally two items lol they forgot one. Honestly i don’t even think they forgot, i think they may have been asleep. I got to the drive thru and no one said anything, so about after a minute i said hello? Are you open? They responded, nice kid but sleepy. They took my order and i got to the window and i looked inside and it was as if zombies were running the place. No one was happy, everyone was dragging their feet. It was just a sad vibe. Idk what Jack needs to do to make his employees happy again, but do it quick for the sake of your reputation ????????♀️i say all in all 3 stars bc they were kids working, which i respect like no other! Better than staying home to do nothing, but maybe some scholarships to get them motivated on the corporates side? Just my two cents
Has the worst people working the drive-thru. Can’t understand them, they interrupt you while you try to order to ask you about stuff you’re about to tell them, they never read back your order and almost always they get part of it wrong. They basically throw the food at you once you get to the window too and your drink will never be wiped off when they hand it to you.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited for 45 minutes IN THE PLACE and didn’t even get acknowledged. After multiple people came up to the register not one acknowledged me or asked for my order. Plus it was nasty! There were fries on the floor crumbs on the table and there was a dirty used bandaid on a chair. Will never be going to that one again.
