Horrible experience last night. Ordered the Brisket sandwich with no BBQ sauce, only mayonnaise. Got home with the sandwich and opened the bag. Literally the WORST Brisket sandwich I've ever gotten from Arby's. It's my go-to sandwich. Sandwich looked like it was left out for days. Brisket looked old and lifeless. Oh and guess what, there was Bbq sauce, and I hate bbq sauce. The only reason, and I repeat, ONLY reason I had a few bites is because I was starving. I didn't even finish it. I couldn't stomach it. Adding a photo so you can see for yourself. I did however eat the fries. They on the other hand were great. As much as I usually LOVE Arby's, it will probably be a LONG time before I come back.
Arby's is always good you can't go wrong with Arby's except that this location unlike every other location in California Nevada and Arizona has no idea what a meat mountain is. I've been every location in Vegas cuz I drive a lot and I've been to quite a few in California and Arizona and Utah as well and they all still sell the meat Mountain just said you have to get the cashier to rummage through the register until they find it in some back menu somewhere where all the stuff sits that they still technically sell but it's not on the menu board. So I wish they would realize that it's still available and Arby's still sells it even if it's not on the menu anymore. Other than that though you can't go wrong with their food always good. This location did seem to have a lot of extra stuff they were tossing out so they do need to work on their communication a little better I think but hey you know there was some new employees there and stuff so you can't knock them for that and I'd rather have
The wait time was extremely long. It seemed like the location was understaffed, which makes sense considering all the work the staff does for less than appropriate wages. Companies such as Arby's need to learn how to value their employees and compensate them appropriately in order to better retain and recruit the clearly necessary manpower. It doesn't matter that Arby's has plenty fantastic food items if they don't value their employees. Sorry, rant over.
