Edit: Went through the drive through and ordered a #1 burger and the patty was pink and still half frozen. What a disappointing location. The place is hideous on the outside too. Y'all need to do some landscaping or something. --- Always check that you received all your items that you ordered. This location has a tendency to forget things. Cashier was eating at the drive through window and the location is a complete eyesore.
My food was incorrect and I brought the receipt for a remake. The general manage Adrianr said I need to call right away next time. It happened less than 10 hours ago. It is not a requirement to call. Then he said in Spanish, he just wants a free burger to his staff. Piss poor customer service. I clearly can afford a burger. I just bought 1 last night.
Worst Jack ever!!! They got our order all wrong even though there wasn’t anyone else there. The lady at the window was rude and did not care that we were missing items. AVOID THIS PLACE
