Jack in the Box

I have been coming here regularly for at least 3 months now. Food is always fresh and they always let me charge my phone while I eat. Staff is friendly and food is served fresh and hot consistently. Never a complaint. Parking: Dine in is always not very busy. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 4 tables with wheelchair access.

Tonight was my fifth time visiting this establishment since moving to the area. It is the slowest 'fast food' restaurant I've ever been to. On my previous two visits I ended up driving away after 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line. Tonight it took 28 minutes for two tacos and a large curly fry. Poor guy at the window looked like he may have been the only one there working, so I'm guessing its poor management. Exterior looks clean, they're usually late to turn lights on, employees seem stressed while ordering but have always been polite at the window. Probably won't be back, we'll see.

Don't go here unless you have no other choice. Don't go here if you want to get through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes (this is not due to long lines, but slow service). Also make sure your order is correct by actually unwrapping your food as it might not be. I've always had to ask for my receipt. Taste your soda before you drive off, as well. Maybe this is why the service is so slow? If they the order correct the first time, they won't waste time having to remake it. Even after you pay there's a 50% chance you'll have to wait, hopefully the "already paid, waiting for food" line isn't backed up to the window.
