Don't know who replying to this message because your just an Idiot. No dogs allowed means NO DOGS ALLOWED!!!! Ordered sat down to eat Two African American guys walk in with a large long haired dog then let it roam around the restaurant. I alerted the Manager about the dog and she told them to get the dog out 4 times. They didn't and just laughed at her, so I left without eating my $15 lunch ????
Service is consistently slow, employees are always rude, and every time I have been here since moving to Glendale, I have always been asked to pull forward. The one time I go when there is no one in line and only two cars pulled forward and the milkshake machine is not working. I probably would have had better luck next door at McDonald's who easily had 15 cars in line.
Ordered #22 all we got was sandwich no drink or hash browns ordered #30 jumbo platter (very small portions) no receipt. Definitely not worth the $18 we paid. Not visiting Jack anytime soon.....
